National Karaoke Week April 19-25 It's time to sing for a cause again! National Karaoke Week is this month and we are raising money for a local non profit organization called Arts For All. About Arts For All Arts For All is a dynamic arts education program developed to be affordable for all. We provide quality culturally enriched classes that encourage personal growth. They offer a wide variety of classes including dance, music, sculpting, pottery, theater, and film making. Check out their website for lots of information. http://www.artsforallinc.com/  MICS Sing-a-thon There are many ways to participate this month to help us raise money for Arts For All. 1. Sing-a-thon: Grab a pledge sheet at MICS and gather pledges for each song you sing during National Karaoke Week at MICS. Then head to MICS April 20-24 and sing, sing, sing! 2. Sponsor a Karaoke Book: For $10 we will put your ad, personal or business, on one of our song books. Simply email us the information you'd like on the book. Kerry with Conspiracy Inspiration is donating her design time! 3. Tshirts: We will be selling tshirts later this month, generously paid for by our business sponsors. 4. Buy a MIC: For $1 you can by a paper microphone to hang at MICS. Microphones donated by Conspiracy Inspiration and Nettie's Canldes, 5. Song Auction: Each night during National Karaoke Week we will auction the last song of the night. Highest bidder gets to sing the last song. 6. Staff Song: Which staff member do want to see up on stage? Throw your change in their jar, the staff member with the most money in their jar has to sing for us! |
