For a smooth checkout process, each room receives one final check. Split checks are not available.
Other Policies
Arrival Policy
Upon arrival, we will hold onto a debit/credit card & I.D. during your reservation for the purpose of incidentals. We DO NOT charge it until the end of your experience.
There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes forfeit their reservation.
Please arrive 15 minutes early.
Cancellation

Reschuduling

Must reschedule 24+ hours before reservation to retain deposit.

Less than 24 hours = deposit forfeited; new deposit required.
