How will I know what room to book?Room reservations are based on party size. A standard room hold up to 6, Party Rooms hold up to 15, and VIP holds 20 or more.

Is there a deposit required?Yes. Deposits are required to book a reservation. Although this deposit is non-refundable, it will be credited to your bill on the day of your reservation.

When is karaoke half off?½ Off Karaoke is Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, in addition to Thursdays from 6 PM - 9 PM. Please note that ½ Off Karaoke does not apply to holidays or VIP rooms.

Is the VIP room half off during half off karaoke days?The VIP room is not included in any promotions or discounts.

What do I do if I need to cancel/reschedule a reservation?If you need to cancel/reschedule you can send us a message on the smiley text platform, or give us a call on site at 770-462-8888. Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before your reservation time in order to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

Do I pay a second deposit when rescheduling?If you are rescheduling within the 24 hour time window that is allotted, you will not need to pay a secondary deposit. If you reschedule outside of that window, you will forfeit your deposit.

What is a minimum menu spend?A minimum menu spend simply means that you will be responsible for spending the set dollar amount for your party size. Minimum menu spend is separate from hourly rates.

When are special event hours?Special event hours are 12pm-6pm each day.

How do I book a special event?To book a special event please email micsktv8888@gmail.com. You will receive a response within 72 hours.

Is there an age limit?We are 21+ on Fridays and Saturdays. However, all ages are welcome Sunday-Thursday.

Can we bring outside food and beverages?Outside food and beverages are not allowed, with the exception of birthday cake/cupcakes.

Do you have vegetarian options?Yes.

Is there a public bar?Yes, the bar is located in the lobby and open each Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night.

Can we split checks?Yes, guests have the ability to order food and pay separately via our toast qr codes. however, beverages will remain on the room tab.

What types of songs do you have available?We carry the youtube karaoke system so most songs will be available, we also have third party apps available to extend your library options.

Is there an additional guest fee?Yes. A fee of $50 will incur for every two additional guests. Please note that we cannot accommodate additional seating when guest count is exceeded.
